I’m so sorry I missed you when you called round with Tim this morning.  I would have loved to have shown you the garden (I'm just a bit proud of it!!)  Glad you were pleased with what you saw too!  I am over the moon at the transition and can't praise Darrell and Nick enough.  They worked so hard, on what I guess is a far from ideal site with no storage and limited access. They were very tidy and considerate, they tolerated Charlotte's 'help' with good humour (she sobbed when Nick left!) and were very determined to ensure they did the best job possible and that I was happy with what they were doing.  I am very grateful to them.

Yesterday when everyone had gone and all was quiet I set up the table and chairs, invited my neighbour round and we sat on the patio in the sun watching Charlotte and the cat hopping across the stepping stones and playing on the sleepers, listening to the birds and planning the planting.  Wonderful!  I cant tell you what a difference it will make to our lives to once again have a garden we can enjoy and care for.
